Do you charge a call-out fee?

No. There is no call-out fee, no same-day fee and no weekend or holiday surcharge. You only pay for the time spent: $160 + GST for the first hour, then $80 + GST per 30 minutes.

How do I book?

Call or text 0488 830 129. You talk directly to Eddie, booking takes less than 5 minutes, and no credit card is needed.

Do you warranty your repairs?

Yes. Software-related issues are covered for 4 weeks, Apple repairs for 3 months, and new parts we supply for 1 year.

Do you help small businesses?

Yes. We look after small offices too: networks, Microsoft 365 email, printers, NAS storage and backups.

What if you cannot fix my computer?

No fix, no fee. If we cannot provide a solution, you do not pay for the job.

Which areas do you cover?

Coogee and the Eastern Suburbs, the CBD and inner city, and Mascot and Botany. Not sure if we come to you? Just ask.
